Gavin Brady, Chief Operating Officer

Gavin Brady is the Chief Operating Officer of NewDay USA. He oversees the loan production, servicing, and origination operations.  Mr. Brady brings over 20 years of mortgage banking experience to NewDay USA. Prior to joining NewDay USA in March 2010, he was a Senior Vice President at IndyMac Bancorp (now OneWest Bancorp) where he managed the portfolio retention and direct to consumer business channel.  Prior to IndyMac, he was the division manager for Accredited Home Lenders where he was responsible for setting up a centralized retail lending platform to perform all origination functions from application to funding. 

Prior to Accredited, Mr. Brady spent 11 years at The Money Store serving in a variety of roles, including: Senior Vice President - Retail, Managing Director - UK Operations, Vice President - Retail Sales, and Vice President - Wholesale Lending.  Mr. Brady holds a BS degree in Business Management from Delaware Valley College.
