Paul Alger, President of NewDay USA

Paul Alger is the President of the NewDay USA division, and has been with the Company for over 12 years. As President of NewDay USA, Mr. Alger manages the loan production process for this division from application to funding.  Mr. Alger also manages the day to day operations inclusive of origination, processing, training, underwriting, and the integration of technology and workflow for NewDay USA. Prior to this role, Mr. Alger served as President of NewDay Reverse and Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of NewDay Financial.
 
Preceding his tenure with the mortgage industry, Mr. Alger managed and operated Lockheed Martin Air Terminal in Guam International Airport (GIA).  Lockheed Martin Air Terminal was a U.S.-based provider of commercial aviation and airport facility support services. Mr. Alger managed the ground and cargo handling, passenger services, airline flight operations, aviation fuel and airport facility services. He continued this role when Lockheed Martin Air Terminal was acquired by Airport Group International (AGI), an affiliate of Lockheed Martin Corporation and Soros Capital, LP.

Mr. Alger served in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of Desert Storm.
