Philadelphia | Baltimore and Washington D.C.
NewDay is GROWING! Currently, we have
offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Our primary offices are outside Philadelphia, and in Maryland between Baltimore and Washington D.C.
Philadelphia
The nation's fifth largest market and named one of America's "next great cities" according to National Geographic Traveler. NewDay's offices are located in King of Prussia (PA), which is home to one of the East Coasts largest shopping malls. King of Prussia is prime real estate and just 30 minutes from Center City Philly.
Philly is famous for its guiltiest pleasure — the cheesesteak sandwich. And, make no mistake, you can’t find better anywhere in the country. But Philly also has an extraordinary array of fine restaurants (including restaurants of Iron Chefs Flay and Morimoto, as well as renowned chef, Wolfgang Puck) and it offers an unrivaled nightlife. Philadelphia is also an historical and cultural treasure. As hometown to the American Revolution, it’s place in our nation’s history is without question. On any given day, you can visit Independence Hall or the National Constitution Center, stroll Olde City by Ben Franklin’s home or check out the avant garde shops along South Street, head west to the campgrounds at Valley Forge or take a short drive east to the Jersey shore. If you’re looking to live in a place that’s alive with cultural relevance from every era, then Philly is the place to be!

Baltimore and Washington D.C.
Our office in Fulton (MD) is located between the nation’s capital and beautiful downtown Baltimore, so there’s never a matter of ‘nothing to do,’ but a question of ‘what do we do next?'
Baltimore is a thriving city in the height of its renaissance, with a wonderful nightlife and some of the best crab and seafood dishes in the nation. Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is always alive with visitors, both local and from afar. Among the jewels of the Harbor is the National Aquarium, truly an experience any resident or visitor should see. Washington DC is a city energized with power, yet surprisingly serene and lovely in its masterful planning and inspiring architecture. Fine restaurants and impressive nightclubs abound within the Beltway, but the sheer sense of history and majesty of this town are its draw for many. You can spend days visiting just one of her Smithsonian Institutes (there are 15 in the Washington area alone) and never see it all.
